On April 28, 2026, top government leaders, tech innovators, and industry experts gathered at the Workday Federal Forum event, presented by Workday Government and produced by FedScoop, to explore how AI capabilities are unlocking new efficiencies across the federal HR lifecycle—from recruitment and skills-based strategies to workforce planning and employee engagement.
Although Workday rebranded this year, a new visual direction was curated specifically for public sector and government agency audiences. We developed an illustrative, flat-vector approach inspired by iconic areas of Washington, DC, while still maintaining core Workday brand elements such as typography and color palette. The campaign included digital promotional assets, an event microsite, ROS placements, email templates, social content, and event print collateral.
The initial creative direction followed Workday’s rebrand guidelines, but we proposed a refreshed visual approach that shifted away from photography and leaned into illustration.
