Rush Hour Promise
Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, known as Metro, is a public transit service in the Washington metropolitan area. Metro is used by so many people from DC, Maryland and Virginia area, specially during rush hour.
Back to good initiative was a comprehensive campaign launched to improve the safety, reliability, and customer experience of the D.C. area. The initiative starts with a promise to all riders if their rush hour trip is more than 15 minutes late, Metro will automatically deposit a ride credit to their SmarTrip® card.
Role:
Designed a branding campaign highlighting Metro’s target audience such as teachers, Cap fans, working parents, job seekers, dog owners, and anyone with a destination. The message was simple, reach out to those who are in a rush and make a promise to guarantee a pleasant ride.
